We'll set up an in-home daily practice area with exercise programming that fits your goals perfectly. We'll reorganize your kitchen so it is easy to put together healthy and delicious meals. This is a full emersion so we can discover where the challenging areas are in your daily schedule. Together we’ll develop a plan to overcome all obstacles so you can live a healthy and vibrant life. One day - 9am-5pm

Sample Schedule

9-10am - Alignment, Balance, Core - mat exercises - videos included

10-11:30am - Prep for Dinner, Make Breakfast & Snacks, Eat Breakfast - recipes included

11:30-2:00pm - Kitchen Organizing and Grocery Shopping

2-3pm - Functional Strength & Mobility - use of training tools - bought separately - videos included

3-3:30pm - Overcoming Obstacles exercise

4-5pm - Make and Eat Dinner - recipes included
