The Rock&Roll Reboot is designed to be the perfect respite and nourishing retreat for bands and music industry workers needing a break from the grind. We know you work extreme hours, under a lot of stress and in an environment that really takes a toll on your body. This is why we developed the Rock & Roll Reboot with our friend and collaborator Scotty Stoughton who experiences and sees all the facets of stress induced health issues from producing multiple annual festivals in Colorado and California to touring with his band Bonfire Dub. 

We focus on food that is healthy, organic, local, and honestly will be some of the best tasting food you've ever had. It is also food that can be made easily when on the road. 

In the movement and yoga section of the retreat, the experience will feel amazing whether you are in a regular practice or have never exercised in your life. All movement is designed to improve breathing, circulation, strength and mobility, all while improving awareness and connection with your mind, body and spirit. 

The other key components are sharing tools to improve selfcare, visioning and group dynamics through a mixture of interactive integration techniques. Some of our methods are adaptations from tribal practices to develop more open, honest and productive problem solving processes.
