DESCRIPTION

Most of us are experiencing some kind of chronic joint pain in our knees, lower back, shoulder, wrist, neck or hips, often keeping us from fully enjoying the activities we love. Learning what is causing this lingering pain and how to alleviate it, is what we will explore in this workshop. The Functional Strength & Mobility exercises in this workshop will help reduce pain and risk of injury, re-balance the musculoskeletal system, improve your practice of Yoga or CrossFit or activities like surfing, hiking or dance, and empower you like never before!

Includes healthy snacks and elixir beverages along with a selfcare guide for healthy joints
